How remarkable that Halorn knew all along that Durrin killed King Everborn, and yet he still cares about his friend and has high hopes for him. Halorn is a true friend. More importantly, he seems to believe that Durrin can change his ways.
So many plot twists! I love how Halorn tries to discourage Durrin by telling him the truth about the scroll, but the news only spurs him on.
I appreciate Halorn showing up and being such a good friend, but I’m a bit miffed that Durrin never got the chance to check on his horse. Oh well, I guess it’s up to the reader to imagine her fate.
Be sure to include an epic background story to reveal that Durrin actually should have paid the innkeeper's son over 100 shekels! (I have my standards.)

We all need a friend like Halorn!
I feel like I have definitely seen Jeremy wearing a red and black cape on one of his videos.
I HAVE worn capes in my videos (quite often), but, alas, I do not own a red and black one (yet).

Maybe one day I'll write a short story about Raggedy Ruby's fate . . .
